1. Manager of Post Production and Real Time

   I manage multiple post-production processes and supervise Unreal-based projects for real-time production, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. I collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Real-time Software, CG, VFX, Motion Graphics, Editorial, and Quality Control to define project scope, specs, deadlines, and deliverables. I facilitate communication within internal departments, vendors, partners, and stakeholders regarding project status, deliverables, expectations, and roadblocks. I develop detailed roadmaps for real-time experiences and rendered content using Unreal Engine and conduct meetings with departments, clients, executives, and partners on the scope, deliverables, and deadlines throughout the lifecycle of Unreal-based projects. I work closely with the Real-time engineers and artists to ensure effective use of Unreal Engine and other interactive technologies for live events at the Sphere. I lead post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements to improve future project pipelines.
