About Leah Pincsak
Hi there! I am a creative director, brand strategist, and illustrator with over 15 years of professional experience at fast-paced agencies and on in-house creative teams in New York and San Francisco. Building and scaling high-performing teams at high-growth companies is my expertise. I have fostered (from the ground up) and managed design and creative teams for over 13 years. I led a stellar (award-winning) team of 45+ visual designers, motion designers, illustrators, copywriters, and creative operations at Atlassian and headed up a 100+ person creative, UX, and engineering org for the Growth, Merchant Services, Retail, and Enterprise programs at Shopify.Currently, I lead the smart and scrappy team over at Grammarly. We have big ambitions for the future and it\'s a privilege to be a part of the journey I\'ve worked on building brands in a range of industries, from retail to tech, B2B to B2C, start-up to enterprise, 140 days old to 140 years old, and everything in between. My career has taken me down different adjacent paths, but ultimately, my work is focused on articulating and scaling brand voice through digital and analog experiences as well as engaging audiences through the full spectrum of user experiences. I am lucky to be able to say that I love what I do.
