Founder, and Executive Director for grassroots girls mentoring program in the City of Milwaukee. Taking my passion for young girls, community outreach and development, and educational programming we were able to serve 300+ students by partnering with Milwaukee REC, Boys & Girls Club, Heal the Hood MKE, and several grassroots programs throughout the city. •Developed and managed all educational programming and support activities for the mentoring program, ensuring a comprehensive and effective experience.•Successfully recruited and retained mentors through strategic partnerships, resulting in increased mentorship opportunities and support for participants.•Created community outreach initiatives to establish and nurture relationships with girls, parents, and the immediate community, fostering a sense of belonging and engagement.•Collaborated with community partners to organize local events and meetings, providing mentorship-focused literature and immediate home resources for participants.•Established partnerships with local and nationally recognized organizations to develop creative workshops and character development curricula, enhancing the quality and impact of the mentoring initiatives.•Evaluated program activities and attendance using surveys, providing valuable insights to improve engagement and sustain effective partnerships.
