Ruckus Roots is a small 501c(3) sustainable arts nonprofit organization centered in bringing collaborative and interactive art and ecology programming to youth in under-represented communities in Los Angeles. I help to organize and facilitate the art and gardening programs, working in collaboration with my team, local artists, schools, educators and communities to bring projects where accessible artistic programming is lacking, where communities are disproportionately and negatively impacted by environmental injustices like litter, pollution and lack of green spaces.
