Managed by the Defense Language and National Security Education Office, the NLSC is a United States Department of Defense reserve of language experts activated for national security needs.As a charter member, I operationalized a rapid-response language operations (LangOps) framework to support 70+ federal agencies. I architected automated linguistic workflows and quality assurance protocols to ensure mission readiness for high-stakes activations.I led teams of translators and experts to deliver culturally nuanced content under tight deadlines. To scale accuracy, I implemented human-in-the-loop programs and directed multimodal large language model (MLLM) projects to establish gold standards, rubrics, and standardized assets like style guides and glossaries.
