Overview: Assisted the INVNT creative ambitions into reality for the Gilead 2025 National Meeting. This multi-day event hosted over 1,500 attendees from around the country and featured speakers, multi-breakout rooms, and a keynote address from the CEO himself- Right-hand woman to the Keynote Room Executive Producer for the annual three-day event- Managed 20+ backstage team members, ensuring they had the up to date information and critical changes e.g. run of show, on-stage rehearsals, and presentation materials- Primary Coordinator for keynote vendors for on-stage activations ensuring all was within scope, client-approved, and organized delivery throughout the event- Organized backstage catering for clients, staff, and union laborers- Coordinated Production Assistant responsibilities across the week-long period to fulfill all last-minute requests.
