Production Designer​/ Art Director As Production Designer I\'ve overseen the visual aspects of numerous productions ranging from features to music videos. I am equally adept at creating cohesive color palettes and design elements in tandem with other department heads and managing my own team to get everything executed on time and on budget. I pride myself on creating a positive work environment for my crew and colleagues- Nothing makes me happier than a collaborative and professional atmosphere that allows each person on set to thrive. I\'ve worked every position in art department including production designer, property master, set decorator, art director and scenic painter. My favorite parts of the job are designing, set decorating, scenic painting, and custom prop fabrication. My least favorite part is hovering at monitor to reset props between takes and picking bits of lint or tape off of floors while people stare and wait.Duties include:script breakdownbudgetinglocation scoutingconceptualizing and designing sets hiring/ managing crew (prop master, set decorator, set dresser, lead man, carpenters etc.)maintaining open lines of communication with other department heads and production
