   Run the Library’s Web Metrics & Analytics Service. Interface with stakeholders in all LC units. Perform needs assessment, route and prioritize work. Drive technical implementation changes, working with developers to test & implement new metrics based on customer needs and new system capabilities or making changes independently. Create analytics tools & products to address user measurement, reporting, and data needs, delivering content in manner best suited to the stakeholder. Perform internal user training for metrics tools. Make regular presentations – to executive and client groups, as well as various brownbag sessions, forums, roundtables, and collaboratives. • Serve as administrator for metrics tools: Manage data layer structure and change requests, making changes or working with developers/consultants to make them. Provision new tools and troubleshoot provisioning. Manage user access, organize report suites and folders, implement rules & campaign tracking, and manage data sharing arrangements. Ensure that measurement tools are implemented on all new Library properties and train users.• Work through multiple major updates of analytics code, implementing UX tracking tools, security recommentations, and custom features. • Handled transition of Service to Agile.• Support user experience and redesign efforts, establishing ways to integrate metrics into design process. • Design, create, QC, and distribute scheduled report products on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Frequently improve and innovate reports, adding/removing metrics and sections as needed. Continually streamline back-end process to make reports faster to produce and more accurate. • Work closely with internal constituents to provide metrics expertise & resources for a variety of high-priority initiatives.• Continue to bring new and underserved groups into the metrics fold and enhance existing service offerings to those groups.
