10-week internship program with Human Resources. I spent my first 5 weeks working with Total Rewards/Comp & Benefits, and the second 5 weeks with Talent Management & Development. Throughout the summer, I also had the pleasure of working with a talented group of interns across various business units to complete the Northern Trust intern case challenge. All groups were tasked with creating a SharePoint site that would serve as a resource center designed specifically for interns. My team was recognized on day 2 for a successful presentation, and our project was selected to be implemented and used for future intern classes.
