About Leah Holland

I am an NCIDQ-certified interior designer & project manager with over 15 years of experience in creating innovative, functional, and sustainable spaces that prioritize the well-being of the people who use them. Specializing in workplace design, I have a proven track record of delivering high-impact design solutions for clients across diverse sectors, including government, corporate, and large-scale commercial projects. My approach to design is rooted in a commitment to sustainability, human wellness, and creative problem-solving. I thrive in collaborative environments, working with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to bring visionary design concepts to life. Whether it’s optimizing space for productivity, integrating biophilic elements, or ensuring compliance with green building standards, I am passionate about creating spaces that are not only beautiful but also support long-term environmental and human health. In my last role, I worked as a Project Manager with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), where I led workplace design projects across the Pacific Rim Region. I also hold a Master’s degree in Interior Design from Corcoran College of Art + Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of Texas. In addition to my professional work, I am deeply committed to community engagement and volunteer as a Girl Scout Troop Leader, helping young girls develop leadership skills through STEM, entrepreneurship, and outdoor activities.
