Manage drilling and water sampling event for two clients concurrently from proposal and TCEQ response stage, to scheduling and budgeting. Organize scope of work and entry into plant on a daily basis communicating with field employees, clients, and subcontractors-Lead soil investigation assessments and drilling projects at various areas around the plant as they arise. I communicate with the on-site subcontractors and client personnel and discuss plans for current and future work-Conduct semi-annual groundwater monitoring events to assess status and compliance at various TCEQ regulated sites. This involves overseeing the sampling process and managing tasks such as scheduling, coordinating with team members, and compiling detailed reports on the findings for future reference and compliance-Spearhead the documentation and communication processes conducted weekly, monthly, and quarterly. I assist new employees in navigating the project scope and consistently support data management, field sampling, project communication, and planning-Conduct on-site coordination for sample collection, ensuring accurate labeling on the Chain of Custody (COC) forms and proper storage for two clients. I managed seven subcontractors, monitored ice levels, and documented completed tasks while planning for follow-up.
