I’m a workforce development leader and a strategic HR consultant with a passion for designing innovative learning programs, building equitable career pathways, and driving measurable outcomes across large, complex organizations while helping others succeed. With a wealth of experience in the healthcare, higher education, and government sectors, I’ve built a career centered on turning ideas into action and challenges into scalable solutions.Today, as the Founder of WaHi Productions, I consult with for-profit entities, nonprofits, and leaders across Arizona to design strategic solutions in project management, career coaching, community partnerships, succession planning, organizational development, grant creation and maintenance, and process improvement. I’ve built a 12-module career readiness curriculum for at-risk youth and advised on regional workforce initiatives.Most recently, I led enterprise-wide learning and talent development initiatives at Mayo Clinic, managing national teams and helping fill critical talent roles through educational advancvement. Under my leadership, one of the organization’s tuition assistance programs earned national recognition as Best in the Industry, and participation quadrupled. I’ve also published thought leadership on workforce engagement and completed advanced training in project management, career coaching, workforce development, leadership and management principles, diversity in the workplace, Lean, Six Sigma, and change management, and conflict resolution.Previously, at HonorHealth, I built the infrastructure for its corporate university and secured $350K+ in grants to fund upskilling programs.
