I\'m endlessly fascinated by how people tick — and by what it takes for groups of people to do hard things together.That curiosity has taken me into a lot of different rooms: a founding classroom in Baltimore, a university in Argentina, social enterprise work in India, nearly a decade in the education reform movement in Newark, and a high-growth tech startup.Now, at The Olori Network, I work with CEOs and executive teams at moments of inflection or change. Much of the work centers on the relational capabilities that make strategy actually work: trust, curiosity, navigating conflict, integrating different perspectives, and the discipline to keep learning together when things get hard.Because at the end of the day, all the strategy, resources, and technology in the world still has to run through the same thing: people, working with other people.That’s the work I love most.
