I’m passionate about people and building relationships, which is why I love what I do! As the Talent Specialist at Merus in the commercial real estate industry, I focus on recruiting top talent, creating smooth onboarding experiences, managing performance initiatives, and overseeing our co-op program.I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Marketing major and an Organizational Leadership certificate, gaining hands-on experience through multiple internships. Before Merus, I spent five years at Insight Global, where I grew my career through two promotions. That experience shaped my skills in sales, onboarding, retention and engagement, and recruitment - all of which I bring into my current role. My approach to HR is simple - I believe it should be fun, engaging, and people-first while still being professional and strategic.Outside of work, I’m always up for an adventure.    Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing on LinkedIn, conducting screening calls, coordinating interviews, and advising hiring teams throughout the selection process.• Oversee our co-op program, recruiting and developing 10–15 students each semester, fostering strong university partnerships, organizing career fairs, and creatively ensuring meaningful experiences for students.• Drive an engaging and effective performance management process by building reviews in Paycor, training managers on delivering constructive feedback, and analyzing trends to enhance employee development.• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and our outsourced IT partner to ensure smooth transitions and equipment setup.• Assist with payroll processing in Paycor for 150+ employees across three entities, and manage monthly benefits invoice reconciliation with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
