Back at AMI, now heading up conference production, I lead our department of eight producers, creating high quality scientific programmes and agendas across 45 international events. These take place in Europe, the USA and Asia and are a mixture of conferences, expos and workshops.Our focus as a team is on delivering actionable technical learning and driving customer-led innovation in both content and event formats.I produced the programme for the GreenPlast Expo 2025 (Milan, May) in partnership with PromaPlast; AMI\'s Sustainability in Design in Packaging conference and the Polymer Testing World Theater at AMI\'s Plastics World Expo (both Cleveland, OH, November), as well as managing the Performance Polyamides (US) and Wind Turbine Blade (EU) conference agendas. I\'m currently producing Polymer Sourcing and Distribution (Hamburg) and Wind Turbine Blade Europe (Dusseldorf) for May and December 2026 respectively.Additionally, I am proud to be a member of AMI’s Stronger Together committee. Our remit is to develop a culture of openness and understanding and build an environment in which we are all better able to identify, discuss and address mental health and wellbeing issues. I have recently completed the CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Mental Health First Aid and Mental Health Advocacy in the Workplace course. I am also a member of AMI’s Menopause Group.AMI connects the global plastics industry by delivering expertise, insights and events to businesses across the world. We provide trusted market intelligence and networking opportunities. These enable our clients to navigate the competitive environment, foster innovation and grow their businesses.

Over the past twenty years my roles have focused closely on new product development and innovation which is my passion.
