About Leah Burks
Hi, I am Leah Burks, and I am in Mitch E. Daniels School of Business at Purdue studying Finance with a concentration in Management Consulting. I am also a Peer Counselor in Purdue\'s Division of Financial Aid, where I work in a team setting to assist students, parents, or faculty with any concerns they may have pertaining to loans, scholarships, grants, etc. I have a passion for helping others and thrive when working in team settings, so being able to help others at my university while working with other motivated students has been an appreciable experience. This position has strengthened my patience, communication, and time-management skills as well. I am open to opportunities within finance that allow me to gain more real-world professional experience.
