As an Educational Leadership Consultant at Alpha Phi International Fraternity, I apply my skills and knowledge in marketing, sales, leadership, and large-scale event planning to train and recruit over 600 members across the United States. I have successfully managed multiple accounts with budgets ranging from to $1.7 million while serving as a liaison between international headquarters, university administrators, and alliance groups. I\'ve planned recruitment events with up to 1,800 registrants, generating over $600,500 in revenue for the organization over eight months. I have leveraged Snapchat\'s Ad Suite and Instagram Ads Manager, to run multiple advertising campaigns to increase the visibility and reach of our organization to its target market. I am a California native and recent graduate from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communications, emphasis in Strategic Advertising, and a Leadership Studies Minor.
