PROFESSIONAL BIO:Summary of Experience - RSM US LLPLeah was an Assurance Managing Director in the National Professional Standards Group (NPSG) of RSM US LLP, and was with the Firm from 2003 to 2025. Leah\'s role in NPSG was focused on audit quality management for the Firm, including implementation of new quality management standards (International: ISQM1, ISQM2, ISA 220 (Revised)/ US: SQMS1, SQMS2, SAS 146, upcoming PCAOB QC and the ongoing maintenance of the system of quality management. Prior to Leah\'s transfer to NPSG in May of 2021, she performed assurance services for clients out of the Firm\'s Sioux Falls, SD office. Leah was awarded an individual Firm-wide award for client-focused service in 2007. Leah has worked primarily in manufacturing and wholesale distribution, and employee benefit plan industries.
