I have enjoyed a successful career to date, playing a key role in leading companies which has encompassed maintaining full design, content creation, visual merchandising, project coordination and management control; this has involved engaging with colleagues and stakeholders.I have a natural creativity and innovative approach, thrive in a team environment as well as when I am leading key tasks and have the ability to learn and adapt seamlessly within new roles and environments. I am proactive outside of work and enjoy creating content and expanding my skillset.Key career achievements include;• Continuously stepping into creative roles, challenging, developing and expanding knowledge within the creative departments• Has sculpted and moulded the Creative Content role at Cult Beauty from it\'s foundations up• Successfully developed, coordinated and managed a key project at Equal Experts that involved the delivery of a global anniversary gift programme, designing gifts and providing an award scheme for employees based on anniversaries and length of service• Successfully completed internship at L’Oreal Garnier, gaining valuable visual merchandising experience and knowledge within the beauty sector• Repeatedly demonstrated key skills across design, project leadership, stakeholder engagement and organisation, enabling the achievement of all objectives and timescales
