As the 2nd generation owner of one of the few privately owned/accredited Adult Day Health Care Center\'s in Kentucky, I feel I am a chameleon. I have developed a skill set of managing a medical facility, marketing, PR, and recruiting new clientele while maintaining a high retention rate. Securing state and federal funding for our programming in addition to being a pilot program for Veteran\'s Affairs and special grants. Exceptional quality care and customer service are at the top of my priority in my continuing endeavors to become a better person, owner, manager, and christian.
