About Leah Siegel
I\'m an artist-turned-wellness practitioner-turned-entrepreneur, now working in the alternative mental health and wellness space, dedicated to making the most effective mental health and wellness tools and techniques available for all who want and need them. The battle for your mind is the most important one you can win or lose, not just for you but for the rest of the world too. Until 8 years ago, my creativity expressed itself entirely through words and melody. In April 2015 I had a remarkable Aha moment when I invented a game for couples, The SPAR Method. SPAR teaches two people to disagree without hurting each other. The experience of discovering The SPAR Method was immediately and radically transformative, and I began to research what I\'d created, and gently teaching friends the method and seeing dramatic changes in their communication in most. A few years later I got certified in Emotional Freedom technique, which I jokingly call \"as effective as it is controversial\". What I\'ve learned over the last 8 years of coaching people and being a practitioner, is that complete health is directly connected to your mind, and mental health that allows you to flourish, creating body mind coherence, allowing you to be who you want and need to be in the world, is a luxury. In August of 2022, I co-founded BlueDot Wellness, a financial solution for the mental health needs we face as a world. We are creating mental health and wellness care insurance coverage for all.
