With over a decade of experience in hospitality management, I am a well-rounded, bilingual leader who is committed to the development and growth of associates and peers. I had the pleasure of being the Resort Operations Manager for Wyndham Bluebeard’s Beach Club. This was until it sustained serious damage from two category 5 hurricanes, occurring within two weeks of one another. Though devastating, it was undoubtedly the most invaluable industry experience, for which I am grateful. My primary focus has been to lead my teams with dedication, adaptiveness and independent motivation.
