11+ years experience in recruitment both in an agency setting and in-house rec. I\'ve covered healthcare markets as well as IT both as a recruiter and a billing manager. As the Senior Contractor Operations & Talent Acquisition Partner at Redkite, I focus on the end to end contractor lifecycle. This covers everything including pre-recruitment, recruitment, contractor management and off-boarding. Some of my role also encompasses project management having lead and successfully implemented IR35 across the business. As well as recruiting full time, I\'m also a qualified Personal Trainer and Spin instructor. The drive behind doing this is to offer people the opportunity to find out more about how to improve their general health in an environment they feel comfortable in. I offer a wide range of services including online training programmes, one to one sessions and corporate personal training packages as well as group classes. All individual sessions are completely tailored to you, your goals and access to the equipment you have (or don\'t have!).
