I am a Scrum Manager/Project Manager with over a year of experience in many different roles. I have a strong background in Computer Science from both my degree and 16 week coding boot camp that I completed. I have a strong passion for leading with Agile methodologies as a Certified Scrum Master. I excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze client needs, design innovative solutions, and implement strategies that optimize performance and efficiency. I also have found that I have a strong passion for Project management, through this role I have learned to focus on stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and resource allocation, I excel in balancing competing priorities and adapting to evolving project requirements, resulting in the successful delivery of complex projects on time and within budget. I also have experience in developing custom software solutions, providing technical support, and helping stakeholders make complex decisions by providing data solutions.
