About Leah Osmon
Hi, my name is Leah Osmon, and I am currently an MBA candidate with a strong quantitative foundation in Mathematics, Statistics, and Actuarial Science. I currently serve as a Graduate Assistant at the Rommel Center for Entrepreneurship, where I consult with early-stage startups, support entrepreneurship competitions, and conduct research focused on improving business and community engagement across campus and the region.I am also the Founder and CEO of SetSpike Volleyball, where I lead the planning and execution of competitive indoor and outdoor volleyball tournaments. I manage all operations, including budgeting, logistics, marketing, partnerships, and sponsorships, giving me hands-on experience in project management and growing a venture from the ground up.My background also includes experience in data analysis, statistical research, and teaching, with proficiency in Excel, R, regression analysis, and applied quantitative modeling. Across academics, athletics, and entrepreneurship, I bring a data-driven, organized, and people-focused approach to solving problems and building strong programs.I’m especially interested in roles that combine analytics, consulting, operations, and strategy, and I enjoy working in fast-paced environments where structure, creativity, and execution matter.
