I specialize in building cross-functional momentum, untangling messy problems, and turning ideas into real-world results that stick.With a background in manufacturing engineering and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I’ve led high-impact projects that optimize processes, reduce waste, and deliver value from concept through production. I’m equally comfortable on the shop floor or in executive conversations—and I thrive in the space between, especially when I’m bringing those worlds together to solve meaningful problems.Outside of work, I’m passionate about opening doors for others. I founded a nonprofit to support STEM educators in Northern Nevada, and I’m a former chair of the Reno High Sierra 99s—part of an international network of women pilots advancing aviation through education, scholarships, and mentorship.I believe great systems don’t just improve processes—they create space for people to empower themselves to take ownership, solve problems, and do their best work.
