Work on a team of three lead designers for Elevance’s upcoming virtual pharmacy • Collaborated with business, development, and product management stake holders to develop this brand new product • Collaborate with Anthem’s UX research team to conduct multiple rounds of testing on the many virtual pharmacy features we are creating - observe user interviews and iterate on the designs using user feedback and data • Regularly present designs to our cross-functional partners - development, content and product management, as well as to upstream business stakeholders. Iterate on designs using their feedback • Successfully suggested 2 major changes to plans for the virtual pharmacy based on user testing data, which vastly improved the functionality and experience of the product • Carry out all existing responsibilities prior to promotion
