As Group Leader, I mentor and coach multiple businesses within Harris Utilities, guiding executive teams to adopt and apply Harris’ Operational Excellence Framework. I work closely with EVPs and leadership teams to define and execute strategies that drive growth and ensure we meet or exceed operating targets. My role also includes contributing to our M&A strategy by participating in the due diligence process for tuck-in and platform acquisitions, integrating new businesses into our operating group to strengthen our portfolio and deliver long-term value.
