Leah has worked in the Deloitte Consulting HR Advisory Private Sector team on large scale HR Transformations for the past 2 years. The largest of these saw Leah lead the deployment of HR Shared Services, HR enabling technology and localised process design across 26 markets in Europe for a global consumer goods company. Leah also leads our Talent Acquisition (TA) proposition for the UK due to her extensive background within TA in her previous career at Deloitte. This included implementing TA technologies, running a recruitment operations team and designing assessment & selection processes for the graduate hires Deloitte makes every year. Leah now advises clients on Deloitte’s TA thought leadership, TA disruptions in the market and how to tackle the trickiest of TA challenges.
