With over 17 years of experience as a Director in Event Management and Convention Services in New York City, I have had the privilege of working in banquet operations and catering sales. My expertise in event management has allowed me to develop strong relationships with clients in a variety of industries. I am confident in taking ownership of projects, making decisions, and executing tasks, especially in high-stress and high-pressure situations that require on-the-spot decision-making and problem-solving. I am also able to think outside the box and create forward-thinking ideas and solutions. In my current role as Head of Business Development at VOW I am excited to continue being a party of the event industry but from the technology side. I struggled for years with manual systems that made my day to day job harder than it needed to be. With VOW I can finally offer a solution to streamline and automate the event industry’s biggest pain, guest management.
