   As an agent, I connect artists with institutions both to effectively bring their artistic visions to life in a way that matches what organizations and potential collaborators are looking for. To do this, I hold hundreds of relationships as part of my diverse, extensive artistic network across the country (comprised of artistic directors, other artistic collaborators, managing directors, production managers and more), each with their own goals and needs. I source opportunities throughout my network to help artists bring their work to the stage and broader audiences and broker that relationship by consistently tailoring the content and proposals in a way that takes into account the unique missions of institutions - from nonprofits to commercial organizations. Initially starting with ~30 clients focused primarily in theater, I now represent 100+ artists spanning theater, TV, film, performance and more. I advocate hard for those I work for throughout the whole process – from the initial genesis of the idea, to the addition of exciting collaborators, to ensuring the compensation is fair and the contracts are executed professionally to ensure best practices are met for artists. Since the genesis of my agent career, I have prioritized promoting underrepresented voices across mediums to actively champion diversity in the field and the stories that get told. I take pride in knowing that people feel comfortable picking up the phone because they trust that they’ll get an empathetic, supportive and effective champion of their work.
