We’re a family-style ABA agency and we went obsessive on BCBA wellbeing and success. We saw an industry that was hurting its most important asset - BCBAs - and designed our company around reinventing how BCBAs are treated. We saw an opportunity to treat BCBAs like the royalty they are. To do everything we could to help them avoid burnout and give them the critical support they need. And so we created an agency where we apply the highest level of ABA AND we treat BCBAs like they’re the most important part. Wait - because they are!We compensate at the top of average salary, we have INCREDIBLE systems for support every step of the way, and offer a steady path of growth and higher career achievement (and pay!).We support continuing education and pay attention to every detail of what a passionate BCBA needs to succeed and be happy doing it. We provide mentorship and run meetups and platforms where our BCBAs connect with each other and DON’T feel…. like an island.
