Grace & Emerge TX\'s client is a girl who needs support to engage in the process of healing actively as they transition into healthy independence. Whether it be mental health, behavioral, or substance abuse challenges, the women who come through Grace & Emerge TX have a unique set of obstacles. Our outpatient continuum of care contains gradual step-downs designed to treat the trauma behind these struggles in a manner that promotes long-term, sustainable wellness. We treat the whole girl: medically, therapeutically, spiritually, and familially. Our team is ready to meet each client where she is at, with what she needs. We are not a black-and-white program that discharges over mistakes; in fact, we pride ourselves on working with every individual through their struggles.
