ABOUT LEAH FOXHILL

With extensive experience in non-profit networks and political volunteering, I have developed expertise in training staff, executing research proposals, and conducting outreach for both artistic and political endeavors. I also possess broad knowledge in building empowered virtual teams, advocating for policy change within the LGBTQ+ community, and leading diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and trainings for executives and the wider community. My greatest strength lies in developing projects and trainings from the ground up. I firmly believe in integrating diversity into every aspect of the workforce to create inclusive and engaging environments. As a passionate learner and motivator, I excel both as a team leader and as an integral part of dynamic groups.I am dedicated to advocating for workspaces that embrace diversity and empower individuals from all backgrounds. My focus is on cultivating representation across identities, ensuring that diverse perspectives and voices are genuinely valued and supported at all levels of an organization. My certification as a Facilitator for the Inclusive Leadership curriculum enables me to create connections across employment hierarchies. My areas of expertise include training development, recruitment, DEI, conflict management, media and public relations, LGBTQ activism, writing and editing, publishing, nocturnal primates, conservation, environmental education, data collection, and input.
