ABOUT LEAH FARMER
I believe luck is a cross between opportunity and preparedness. Although I don’t move through life hoping to be lucky, I do invest in being prepared enough to take advantage of an opportunity when it presents itself. Today, I bring that mindset to my work as a Business Program Manager at Meta, where I lead end-to-end media metric compliance programs that build trust, reduce risk, and strengthen accountability across complex ecosystems. I partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, policy, legal, and external vendors to plan and execute third-party audits through remediation and reporting—translating technical and policy requirements into clear, actionable outcomes for diverse stakeholders. My foundation in data analytics still shapes how I operate: I’m comfortable turning messy information into structured insights, dashboards, and decision-ready narratives. I’m experienced with SQL, Tableau, Excel, R, and Python, and I combine that analytical toolkit with program management, requirements development, and stakeholder communication to drive progress in fast-moving environments. I’m energized by work that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—where strong process, crisp communication, and thoughtful problem-solving lead to real impact. Outside of work, I love traveling, fitness, and cooking. Long term, I’m focused on continuing to grow into a leadership role in corporate management by consistently seeking opportunities to learn, lead, and build meaningful professional relationships.
