Senior Management Analyst for the Assets & Development Division within the City of Portland’s Bureau of Parks & Recreation (PP & R). Primary duties are to support the operational and financial management of 5 programs, including a capital development portfolio worth $200M, skilled labor maintenance team which accomplishes work orders annually, and an asset portfolio valued at $1.5B. Tasks for supporting these programs includes conducting complex forecasting and analysis, designing and leading process improvement initiatives for capital projects and asset lifecycle management, and standardizing equitable business processes across multiple workgroups.Through evaluating business needs and working cross-collaboratively, regularly design, implement, and provide associated support and training on analytical products, business processes, and program development for the division and bureau. Develop and manage the division workplan and a capital project information database. Established improved methodologies for administering custom reporting tools and products related to program development and project management. Helps guide the division’s effective utilization and tracking of capital and operational funding. Led change management initiatives and presented new processes, opportunities, and strategic recommendations to program and senior managers, including for bureau-wide roles in workplace relocation management, logistics analysis, and equity data analysis and implementation, impacting nearly employees.
