Act as a payroll liaison between program participants and internal payroll systems to support accurate and timely pay. Support onboarding and registration for Personal Assistants (PAs) and Consumers, ensuring the completion of required documentation.Guide participants through tax forms, direct deposit setup, and employer/employee agreements. Review and process paper timesheets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payroll deadlines. Conduct I-9 document reviews to ensure compliance with USCIS standards. Explain pay schedules, pay stubs, deductions, hours worked, and benefit contributions in clear, client-friendly terms. Troubleshoot timesheet errors, missing documentation, and delayed payments by coordinating with internal departments. Ensure program and Medicaid compliance by educating participants on policies, deadlines, and eligibility rules. Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive personal, payroll, and compliance data. Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to support audits, follow-ups, and case resolution. Adapt quickly to policy updates, system changes, and shifting program requirements, with minimal supervision.
