Over 20 years of experience within public and behavioral health services and the pursuit of strong equitable health and social support systems in Federal, local, academic and non-profit settings as a management consultant, account lead, business and workforce developer, capacity- and partnership-builder, and facilitator; with a foundation in direct community programming. Proven driver of growth, innovation and technical excellence on projects, accounts, portfolios ranging from $1M to $40M including a wide variety of external clients including the US Department of Health and Human Services (SAMHSA, HRSA, ACF), Department of Veterans Affairs (VHA, OWH, GEC), US state/local government, foundations and private organizations.    Lead business and partnership development and organizational and workforce strategy for Public Health Portfolio accounts, including offices and agencies within the US Department of Health and Human Services and the Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Oversee financial metrics and technical excellence for portfolio projects and teams. Design and facilitate nationwide virtual and in-person Federal grantee learning collaboratives and complementary technical assistance in cooperation with senior Federal leaders and subject matter experts.
