ABOUT LEAH DRAKE
Leah Drake is currently an Engineering Executive with extensive Automotive experience. She has held roles in the design, development, test and manufacturing of Electric Vehicles, Vehicle and Body Controls, Telematics/Connectivity, HMI, Instrumentation and Wiring. Prior to DTNA, Leah lived in Michigan and worked at General Motors for 17 years where she was an Engineering Group Manager. There she had an emphasis in Active Safety and Passive Safety on the path to autonomous and crash less vehicles, Connectivity, and HMI and advanced technology. She also worked for 7 years at Nissan in Test and Design Certification with an expertise in FMVSS 208, 209, 214, 201, 202, 212, 225, 301. She also obtained her DFSS Black and Green Belt.Leah graduated with her MS in Engineering Management of Technology at RPI and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University. In her spare time, Leah enjoys spending time with her husband and three children where they love boating in the summer and snow skiing in the winter.
