I am the welcoming first point of contact when students and or visitors enter the Union. I respond to any queries raised via emails, phone calls, face–to–face & online live chats, I set up the furniture in rooms as per the particular requirements for societies & any external bookings, doing health & safety checks, taking postal deliveries & direct them to the correct department. I operate as a point of sale for merchandise sales.
