About Leah Cooke
I started at Dewey Ballantine as a CO-OP student where I had my first taste of Human Resources. Through my years of experience I have become an HR professional with strong law firm and financial services experience in on boarding and exit processes, full cycle recruiting, employee relations, performance review processes, secretarial coordination and supervision, labor law compliance as well as being a team member and lead on various HR initiatives. In an effort to keep up with the changing laws and issues in HR I have joined several special interest groups through HR/NY and am committed to attending professional seminars to increase my HR knowledge.
