This role plays a pivotal role in advancing the mission of the Colorado Children\'s Campaign. I lead advocacy initiatives, assist with the coalition-building efforts, organize key events, and foster community engagement. Develop & manage advocacy activities and campaigns focused on advancing the Children\'s Campaign\'s policy priorities in early childhood, youth success, child & family health, and family economic security. Organize in-person & virtual advocacy events, including the annual \'Speak Up for Kids\' Advocacy Day, webinars, and community presentations. This includes planning, building attendance, coordinating participants, and day of execution. Collaborate with staff members to develop strategies to strengthen policy coalitions, facilitate coalition members\' engagement, and ensure alignment of the coalitions\' goals. Provide mentoring, guidance, and support to staff members undertaking coalition building and outreach targeting diverse communities across Colorado.
