Presently the Community Manager for Exit 23 Games, who design and produce miniatures compatible with table-top games such as Blood Bowl, Dungeons & Dragons and Necromunda.We successfully launched our first Kickstarter campaign in October. My tasks involve organically growing and maintaining our community, creating content and writing copy for all social media platforms. Communicate campaign updates and stretch goals to the Blood Bowl and Necromunda communities through social media posts and creating targeted ads and A/B tests through Facebook, Twitter and Reddit.

ABOUT LEAH CALDWELL
Hi there! I am a Cinematic and Gameplay Animation Producer at Larian Studios. I\'m involved in all things animation and never afraid to try new things in an exciting and ever-changing industry!During my career, I have worked at both Larian Studios and Turbulenz and was one of the founding members of the Cinematic Animation team for Larian back in 2019. Since then, I have branched out to also produce the Gameplay Animation team as well as managing several large-scale projects for the studio. I\'ve had fantastic opportunities to speak at events such as GDC, BFX Festival, and Yorkshire Games Festival, and I became a BAFTA Member in August 2024.I am well-versed in all things production, I also have a plethora of experiences across several disciplines such as Marketing, Community Management, Social Media Management, Client Management and Finance. All of these roles have taught me that communication, passion & respect are all key to success and what I strive to deliver with everything I put my hand to.
