I started as a Scrum Master for one squad in the Sales ART and quickly progressed from a standard Scrum Master role to a role in a different ART with more responsibilities. I am now the Scrum Master for two squads, as well as supporting my RTE with various duties.• Coached the squads to improve planning and the flow of work across the board, leading to improved predictability and handling of dependencies• Facilitated workshops with the squads and key stakeholders to identify and implement improvements in communication and collaboration, including the quarterly Inspect & Adapt session.• Managed the reporting for both squads and the ART using Jira Align, and supported Product Owners and Product Managers with ART Sync and ART Backlog Flow meetings• Led on PI Planning organisation, calculating team capacity and ensuring the teams were briefed on features• Co-ordinated the planning event for the squads then drove the PI delivery with the squads and product teams• Coaching the squads to look at their metrics and becoming self-sufficient as well as embracing a continuous improvement mindset.
