The Stepping Stones Group partners with schools to deliver integrated therapeutic, behavioral, mental health, special education, and nursing services. As the Director of Client Services for the Intensive Behavioral Student Services (IBSS) Team at SSG, I oversee and manage the delivery of a valued-based, programmatic solution for special needs programs in school districts. Our programmatic solution encompasses embedded behavior response support, boosting satisfaction among teachers, administrators, and families while creating sustainable outcomes for students.IBSS extends beyond providing workforce solutions and prioritizes building school and district capacity. Through professional development, coordinated support during behavioral and environmental crises, and targeted in-class modeling and coaching by IBSS staff, the district’s paraeducators, teachers, administrators, and support staff gain the confidence and skills to more independently implement effective classroom programs to address educational needs and resolve challenging behaviors.
