In this tenure, I am training and empowering new facilitators to provide girls with unforgettable experiences through ROX programming. I build and lead team and individual courses. Moreover, I am maintaining records of curriculum and materials. I collect feedback on quality of trainings from trainees, instructors, and managers.My achievements for this role have been: Taught community on issues impacting girls through professional development workshops for educators, counselors, and adult-teen relationship building workshops. Supported new facilitators in funding to implement new ROX programs within school districts across country.
