Leah Ford graduated from the University of Memphis in 2020 with a Master in Public Administration (MPA), and they previously graduated from Rhodes College in 2015 with a B.A. in Anthropology/Sociology and a minor in Gender and Sexuality Studies. They currently serve as the Chief of Staff at Vot-ER, an organization working to scale voter registration in healthcare spaces. In 2020, they worked as the Campaign Manager for Gabby for TN House, managing a team of 100 volunteers and 35 hourly staff with a budget of $180k with a robust voter contact program.
