I’m a talent acquisition leader and founder with 15+ years’ experience building and scaling recruitment functions across games, tech and AI. From early-stage startups to global, post-IPO organisations.I spent over five years at Unity Technologies, joining during a period of hyper-growth and progressing into global talent acquisition leadership roles across Games, Cloud and real-time 3D teams, supporting the business through IPO and significant scale.Across my career, I’ve supported teams working on game development, gaming infrastructure, large-scale simulations, and AI-driven, procedural technologies.Today, I run Gamesrecruit and AI-Recruit.com, specialist talent partners built by former in-house recruiters.
