I am a dedicated private coach on a mission to support and challenge female leaders and executives as they strive toward new frontiers, both professionally and personally. My experiences as a strong, driven woman who has had experiences that range from being an educator and business owner, living a millionaire lifestyle – to arriving homeless in a shelter for battered women – to rebuilding my life as an entrepreneur, corporate trainer, team builder, and executive coach, allow me to hone in on the challenges unique to the experiences of Driven Woman Syndrome that so many women struggle with. Working with a select number of clients allows me to show up fully, have deeply impactful and powerful conversations, and provide a completely bespoke coaching experience. My practice is based on techniques that are all at once heart-centered, based on experience and science, as well as being grounded in psychological best practices. As the driving force behind Lead From Your Edge, my mission orbits around unearthing the Radically Unapologetic™ leadership potential within my clients that begins with ditching the worthiness hustle that comes with the pleasing, performing, and perfecting dynamics woven into the fabric of the Driven Woman Syndrome. Through a wide array of techniques and practices I call the Soul Quotient™, the amazing women I work with become unshakable in the face of the complexities of modern-day living and leading. My writings and talks center around topics such as Ditch the Worthiness Hustle, Wild Femme Power, and Crash Course in Confidence. As an Educator, trainer, and leader of 25 years, I love to learn and am passionate about Equity, Burnout, Leveraging our Voice, Instructional Design that leads to Dynamic Learning Experiences, Space, Quantum Physics, and Relationship Building.
