As founder and leader, my work involves establishing objectives to identify and improve the career path, job search and networking skills of professionals and students in or facing a career transition. Many candidates in Career Prospectors have outstanding abilities. I recruit or encourage member to demonstrate their skill by helping others. Results of these actions have included members developing and conducting training workshops, leading events, help manage & train others on the use of our social media tools as well as organizing job fairs in which their efforts include recruiting companies to participate. I have recruited leaders and trainers who conducted more than 2100 events that provided accountability & support, job search training, and networking opportunities for job seekers. Career Prospectors has helped over 1200 individuals find employment.
